The Purpose
At assembly, we're a dedicated team that takes pride in creating exceptional spaces. Every team member plays an integral part in the success of our projects, and our Junior Foreman/ Second Men are key. You'll be critical to the success of our on-site delivery ensuring that are projects are installed with care and efficiency, under the direction of our Foremen.
The Job
  • Attend pre- and post-event team briefings to support effective project execution and communication
  • Follow Foreman direction during the installation and dismantle phases of projects
  • Operate forklifts to load and unload materials while accurately completing transportation and shipping documentation
  • Safely batch, stack, and organize materials within the warehouse and at project sites
  • Understand structure build and dismantle processes, including the ability to independently build smaller structures and assist with larger, more complex structures with minimal supervision
  • Lead labor crews in alignment with Foreman direction and project timelines
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times
  • Complete and submit weekly timesheets accurately and on time

  • Resilience and adaptability to work in various weather conditions and demanding environments
  • Ability to work at elevated heights of 20 feet or more
  • Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening
  • Must be able to travel nationwide to event locations 75% or the time. Transportation will be provided.

Physical Demands
  • Regularly required to stand and use hands to handle tools, materials, and equipment
  • Frequently required to walk, sit, reach above shoulder level, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, talk, hear, and operate machinery using hands and feet
  • Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 75 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 100 pounds

This position will be evaluated based on successful project execution, structure knowledge, and the ability to effectively contribute as part of an on-site team.
