Project Manager

Location: Fort Worth, TX | Duration: Direct Hire

Job Summary:
Manage construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to client expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project progress, budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and costs.
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, contracts, billings, and project documentation.
  • Lead OAC meetings and manage owner/architect relationships.
  • Coordinate with Superintendents and ensure timely project closeout.
  • Mentor junior project staff and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Science or equivalent experience.
  • Construction project management experience.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
