  • Analyzes, designs, codes, and tests software programs and applications. 
  • Leads efforts to research, design, document, and modify software specifications throughout the production lifecycle. 
  • Collaborates with developers, programmers, and designers to conceptualize new software programs. 
  • Liaises with network administrators, systems analysts, and software engineers to resolve software and system issues. 
  • Assesses existing business systems and procedures. 
  • Leads the definition, development, and documentation of business requirements, objectives, deliverables, and specifications for application software. 
  • Defines software development project plans, including scope, scheduling, and implementation. 
  • Writes, translates, and codes software programs accurately according to specifications. 
  • Designs, runs, and monitors software performance tests to correct errors, improve functionality, and debug
  • Utilizes Azure Databricks for data processing, transformation, and analysis.
  • Develops and maintains Power BI dashboards and reports to provide insights and support decision-making.
  • Creates programming scripts to enhance application performance.
  • Designs, develops, and maintains Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) for data
    integration and access.
  • Analyzes test results and provides solutions to issues. 
  • Recommends, schedules, and performs software improvements and upgrades. 
  • Installs software products for end users as required and trains end users on new or modified programs. 
  • Actively develops, leads, and guides junior team members. 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering or related field required. 
  • 6+ years related experience required.  
  • Advanced knowledge of current IT technologies, desktop hardware, Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office products required.  
  • Specialized Skills: T-SQL, SSIS, SSRS, C#, Python, Power BI, Database Administration
  • In-depth knowledge of Azure Data Lake, including best practices for data storage and retrieval.
    • Skilled with Azure Data and designing complex ETL workflows
    • Azure Data Factory and Azure Databricks.
    • Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools, such as Azure DevOps and Git.
  • Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and SQL databases.
  •  Knowledge of data governance and compliance requirements.
  • Skilled with using Azure Databricks for big data processing and machine learning.
  • Knowledge of API development using RESTful services and API management tools.
  • Skilled in providing effective technical support and/or training.
  • Skilled in solution evaluation and recommendation. 
  • Skilled in project management.
  • Skilled with modeling, managing, and analyzing data.
