Job description

Job title: Supply Chain Jr. Analyst
Location: Warner Robins, GA
Job Type: Full-Time

Overview: Systems Implementers, Inc. (SI) is a contracted implementation consulting firm performing work at Robins AFB in Georgia. The Supply Chain Jr. Analyst is responsible for performing a wide range of analytical and planning functions to support organizational logistics operations and mission objectives. The ideal candidate will have both functional and technical knowledge. We are always looking for motivated, energetic people who want to learn and grow with our business. This is not a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact with the customer in a friendly and productive manner
  • Identify and analyze issues to resolve conventional problems of increasing efficiency and productivity
  • Develop and review logistics planning and programming documentation
  • Identify non-standard or emerging operational requirements
  • Analyze problems created by the incompatibility of future programs and recommend appropriate corrective action
  • Gather and consolidate appropriate data according to prescribed time frames
  • Participate in various meetings and serve on panels or committees
  • Prepare and present clear, concise, and well-structured briefings that address the designated issues
  • Research and analyze data for current and future workload costs
  • Gather data for lean initiatives or process improvements
  • Conduct analysis and prepare reports, spreadsheets, graphs, templates, and briefing charts for daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports
  • Capability to observe, document, and map business processes
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Skills and Education:

  • Bachelor's degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • U.S. Citizen
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to interact with people
  • Ability to work on-site at Hill Air Force Base

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with SQL
  • Strong technical writing skills
