Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HVAC Estimator to support our engineering and project teams with HVAC system layouts, blueprint preparation, pricing support, and project coordination.

This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their career in HVAC engineering, design, estimating, or mechanical systems while gaining hands-on experience working on residential and commercial projects.

The Junior HVAC Estimator will work closely with engineering, estimating, project management, and field teams to help ensure projects are accurate, organized, and ready for successful execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with HVAC system design and blueprint preparation
  • Support engineering and estimating teams with project pricing and takeoffs
  • Review plans, specifications, and project documents
  • Prepare and organize project documentation and submittals
  • Assist with equipment selection and material coordination
  • Coordinate with Project Managers, field teams, and vendors
  • Help maintain accurate project records and engineering documentation
  • Support revisions and updates to drawings and project plans
  • Assist with project planning and scheduling coordination as needed

  • Interest in HVAC engineering, mechanical systems, or construction design
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to read or learn blueprints and construction documents
  • Strong computer skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, or similar software preferred
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
  • Associate's degree, technical training, or related experience preferred
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Minimum age of 18 required
