This extraordinary paid opportunity is designed for a recent graduate looking to build foundational HR knowledge across a broad range of functions - including employee case management, HR data administration, leaves and accommodations, payroll inquiry support, and HR documentation. You will work alongside our world-class HR team, gain exposure to senior leadership, and develop hands-on experience with industry-leading HR systems and processes. What You Will Do
HR Case Management & Employee Support
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee HR inquiries received through multiple channels, providing timely, accurate, and professional responses
  • Triage, document, and manage cases within the HR case management system, escalating complex matters as appropriate
  • Guide employees through HR policies, processes, and available resources with a strong customer service orientation

HR Data Administration
  • Process and audit HR data transactions to ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance across HR systems
  • Support data entry, maintenance, and validation within HRIS platforms and assist with regular and ad hoc reporting needs
  • Identify data discrepancies and partner with the appropriate teams to resolve

Payroll Inquiry Support
  • Respond to employee and HR payroll-related questions including timekeeping, pay calculations, and deductions
  • Develop a working understanding of payroll and timekeeping logic to address common inquiries and route complex matters to the appropriate resolution team
  • Partner with the Payroll team on day-to-day inquiry support

Leaves of Absence & Accommodations Administration
  • Administer leave programs including FMLA, short-term and long-term disability, parental leave, and company-specific leaves
  • Manage workplace accommodation requests end-to-end, supporting the ADA interactive process in collaboration with employees, managers, and medical professionals
  • Communicate eligibility, process requirements, and outcomes to employees clearly and empathetically
  • Maintain accurate, confidential records and coordinate with Payroll, Benefits, and third-party administrators throughout

HR Documentation & Process Support
  • Create and maintain internal HR documents including SOPs, process guides, FAQs, and training materials
  • Partner with HR subject matter experts to translate complex processes into clear, accessible content
  • Review and improve existing documentation for accuracy, consistency, and usability

General HR Administrative Support
  • Assist with onboarding administration, Tuition Reimbursement processing, Employee Verifications, and policy compliance tracking
  • Lead independent projects and contribute to HR team initiatives as assigned
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously build HR knowledge and skills

What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree received within the last 12 months in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field - OR Master's degree received within the last 12 months with no more than a 6-month gap in education history
  • 3.0 GPA or higher
  • Prior internship or office experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information
  • High emotional intelligence, cross-cultural awareness, and a strong sense of confidentiality
  • Customer service mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with case management platforms (ServiceNow or equivalent)
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms (SuccessFactors or equivalent)
  • Exposure to leaves of absence, ADA accommodations, or HR compliance
  • Spanish language proficiency - highly preferred
