Overview:
Join a mission-driven team supporting the Joint Intelligence Operations Center (JIOC). We are hiring a Junior All-Source Intelligence Analysts. Analysts provide actionable intelligence to support military operations, planning, and decision-making across the Area of Responsibility (AOR). This role involves analyzing multi-source intelligence, producing reports and briefings, and collaborating with U.S. and coalition partners.
Roles and Responsibilities by Level:
  • Support all-source intelligence analysis under senior analyst guidance.
  • Collect, organize, and evaluate HUMINT, SIGINT, IMINT, GEOINT, and open-source intelligence.
  • Assist in producing reports, briefs, and presentations for leadership.
  • Conduct research on regional political, military, economic, and cultural factors.
  • Maintain intelligence databases and tracking systems.
  • Participate in training, exercises, and deployments as needed.

Required Qualifications:
  • U.S. citizen
  • TS/SCI clearance, SSBI, and favorable CI polygraph.
  • Junior: 0-2 years of intelligence or military analysis experience.
  • Strong analytical, research, and reporting skills.
  • Knowledge of intelligence disciplines (HUMINT, SIGINT, IMINT, GEOINT, OSINT).
  • Willingness and ability to deploy to CONUS and OCONUS locations.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting joint or coalition operations.
  • Familiarity with intelligence systems, databases, and analytic tools.
  • Experience in ISR planning, collection management, and targeting support.
  • Regional expertise in AOR political, military, economic, and cultural dynamics.
