Description

As a Junior Photographer with Celsius, you will contribute on our creative team as an outstanding all-rounder with a strong portfolio of exciting and top-notch work, approaching each challenge with enthusiasm and a positive attitude. Experience in both in-studio and outdoor, product, and event photography disciplines is crucial, as well as excellent proficiency in Adobe Photoshop. Proficiency in various photography and editing techniques, such as compositing and stop motion, is essential, and familiarity with the Sony camera family is a plus. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for creating visually polished and engaging photography that captivates and inspires our audience. You will also need to produce fresh, exciting ideas that resonate with our brand and inspire our consumers.

Responsibilites
  • Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements and objectives.
  • Conceptualize, stage, shoot, and edit world-class photo content that meets project needs and requirements.
  • Understand and utilize different techniques of photography and editing such as compositing.
  • Develop creative concepts for video projects, incorporating graphics and special effects where necessary.
  • Create and incorporate motion graphics into video content, as needed.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in photography production and editing.
  • Manage photography content library and organization.
  • Continuously improve video production quality by experimenting with different approaches and techniques.
  • Manage, maintain, and care for the cameras, lenses, lighting and other studio equipment.

Requirements

  • Strong portfolio of world-class photography
  • Experience with product and in-studio photography.
  • Experience using the Sony camera family.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
  • Knowledge of lighting and staging techniques
  • Knowledge of photo editing techniques, retouching, and compositing
  • Experience in creating motion-based photography, such as stop motion or gifs.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Extreme attention to detail and strong organizational skills

The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on multiple factors, such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience. Celsius is a total rewards company. This position may be eligible for other compensation, including bonuses and Restricted Stock Units (subject to company plans).
