  • Ensure artwork files meet project requirements, deadlines, and quality standards
  • Assist with quality control reviews, proofing, and artwork checks for accuracy, consistency, and compliance
  • Learn and apply packaging production best practices, including die lines, print specifications, and manufacturing requirements
  • Create mockups, presentation materials, and production assets as needed
  • Maintain organized file structures and documentation throughout the project lifecycles
  • Stay current on packaging trends, design techniques, and industry best practice

As a Junior Packaging Production Designer, you'll have:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Packaging Production Designer, Graphic Designer, Production Artist, or similar role within consumer products, packaging, retail, or agency environments
  • Working knowledge of packaging design, print production, and production file preparation
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat
  • Understanding of typography, layout, color, branding, and design fundamentals
  • Familiarity with die lines, print specifications, and packaging production workflows
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, error-free work
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Portfolio showcasing packaging, production, or consumer product design work required
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Exposure to private brand, retail, CPG, or agency environments
  • Familiarity with packaging manufacturing and print production processes

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong production and file-preparation skills
  • Collaborative team player with a positive attitude

  • Passion for packaging, branding, and consumer products
