Junior Mechanical Engineer – Techwood Precision Starting Salary: $55,000–$62,000/year Schedule: Up to 50 hours/week, including some nights and weekends

Position Summary Techwood Precision is hiring a Junior Mechanical Engineer to join our low‐volume, fast‐paced job shop and repair shop. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‐on problem‐solving, thrives in a dynamic environment, and wants to grow quickly by working directly with experienced machinists, fabricators, and engineers.

You’ll support custom machining projects, repairs, reverse engineering, and continuous improvement efforts—all while learning the full lifecycle of precision manufacturing.
