Job description

Candidate will be responsible for design and developing data structures to assure accurate Design and Support of production representative aircraft and various structural design aspects and required competencies. Will support validation that Bill of Materiel tools will allow for data management in the areas of creating layouts, creating new drawings and revising existing drawings using CATIA V5 and possibly 3DX/CATIA V6 to support primarily structures designs with desired familiarity with aircraft fluid systems installations, harness installations and equipment installations. Designs, develops, and may support testing in a variety of power plants, aircraft, missiles, and parts, taking into consideration the most efficient use of the natural laws affecting flight. Establishes structural specifications, coordinates with the stress engineering team, and may conduct performance tests. Previous F-35, C-130 or similar legacy platform experience is desired but, not required. 6+ Years of Recent Catia V5 required Previous Structures Design experience required
Previous F-35 or C-130 is preferred.
