At Falcomm, we are transforming innovative semiconductor research into real-world solutions by developing energy-efficient RF power amplifiers and RF front-end technologies. Our mission is to deliver high-performance wireless solutions that improve efficiency, performance, and scalability in modern communication systems.

Falcomm is seeking an Analog RFIC Engineer to design and develop high-performance analog and RF integrated circuits that support our next-generation wireless technologies. This role will contribute to the design of critical analog and RF building blocks used in advanced RF front-end architectures. The position requires strong technical expertise and close collaboration with RFIC designers, system engineers, layout engineers, and test teams to deliver robust semiconductor solutions from concept through silicon validation.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop analog and RF integrated circuit blocks including bias networks, regulators, amplifiers, and supporting analog circuitry.
  • Perform schematic design, circuit simulation, and performance optimization using industry-standard design tools.
  • Collaborate with RFIC designers and system engineers to integrate analog circuits into RF front-end architectures.
  • Work with layout engineers to ensure designs meet performance, area, and reliability requirements.
  • Support silicon validation, characterization, and debugging of fabricated chips.
  • Document design methodologies, simulation results, and measurement data.
  • Participate in design reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of design processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • 1-3 year of Experience with analog circuit design.
  • Strong understanding of analog circuit design principles and semiconductor device behavior.
  • Must be willing to work full-time, onsite, in Atlanta, GA.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience designing analog or RF circuits in CMOS, SOI, or similar semiconductor processes.
  • Familiarity with RFIC design tools such as Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre, or ADS.
  • Understanding of RF front-end architectures and wireless communication systems.
  • Experience supporting silicon validation and measurement of integrated circuits.

Benefits

  • Competitive Salary and Equity Package
  • Comprehensive Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance
  • 401(k) Retirement Plan
  • Paid Time Off (PTO) and Sick Leave
