Overview
Direct Counsel is seeking a Litigation Associate to join a nationally recognized practice in Dallas. This is a great opportunity for a junior associate to gain hands-on experience in complex litigation with a dynamic, high-performing team.

Responsibilities

  • Research and draft briefs for complex litigation matters
  • Work on motions to dismiss, summary judgment, and class certification
  • Assist with trial preparation and court appearances
  • Take and defend depositions
  • Manage case strategy and support appeals and writs

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of litigation experience
