We're seeking an established Java Developer to join a high-performing technology team supporting business-critical platforms and enterprise applications. This is an opportunity to work on complex, large-scale systems, collaborate with experienced engineers, and contribute to projects that have a direct impact on core business operations.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Design, develop, and support enterprise-grade backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
  • Build scalable APIs, integrations, and distributed services that support critical business workflows.
  • Collaborate with product owners, QA teams, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while driving long-term platform improvements.
  • Create technical documentation and contribute to engineering best practices.
  • Enhance system performance, scalability, resilience, and developer efficiency.

What We're Looking For
Required Experience
  • 8+ years of professional software development experience.
  • Strong Java development experience building enterprise applications.
  • Expertise with Spring Boot, REST APIs, and backend system design.
  • Strong Oracle database experience including SQL development, data modeling, performance tuning, and query optimization.
  • Experience supporting large-scale, business-critical applications.
  • Knowledge of object-oriented design principles, software architecture, and development best practices. Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and production support
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have
  • Cloud-native development experience.
  • Experience with Kafka, AMPS, or event-driven architecture platforms.
  • Agile development experience.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code.
  • Exposure to financial services, trading systems, investment platforms, or highly regulated industries.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.
