WHAT YOU GET TO DO

This role will provide entry level help desk and tech support for a Windows based environment.

  • Responsible for basic computer setup and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Windows 10, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams
  • Some basic knowledge of networking, including Wi-Fi, is plus.
  • Set up computers for new hires and other employees and help them with basic tasks such as setting up printers, and software
  • Help users with Android and iPhone setup and troubleshooting.
  • Occasionally running data cables, such as Cat6.

WHAT YOU HAVE

  • Basic Windows administration
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical problems
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to learn new software, and Hardware
