The Role
We are seeking a temp-to-perm Junior Associate, Media Planning & Activation to support campaign execution, reporting, and operational workflows across biddable and direct media channels.This is an entry-level role focused on learning media platforms, campaign workflows, and performance fundamentals. You will support campaign builds, QA, reporting, and coordination across internal teams while developing a strong foundation in media planning and activation.The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced agency environment.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Support & Execution Assistance
Assist in campaign setup across:
    • Paid Social (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit)
    • YouTube & Google Ads
    • Programmatic (DV360, Nexxen, TTD exposure)
    • CTV / OLV
    • Audio
    • DOOH
    • Direct IO, sponsorships, and takeovers
  • Support audience setup and basic targeting inputs
  • Assist with campaign launches and setup validation
  • Help ensure campaigns are built accurately and aligned with specs
Quality Assurance (QA) & Tracking
  • Perform QA checks on:
  • Campaign setup
  • Creative assets
  • Tracking and tagging
  • Support validation of pixels and conversion tracking
  • Flag issues or discrepancies to senior team members
Reporting & Data Support
  • Pull and compile campaign performance data
  • Assist in maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly reports
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency
  • Support dashboard updates and reporting decks
Performance & Testing Support
  • Support execution of A/B testing under guidance:
  • Creative variations
  • Audience segments
  • Monitor performance and flag notable changes or issues
  • Assist in documenting campaign learnings
Process & SOP Execution
  • Follow established campaign workflows and SOPs
  • Maintain organization across:
  • Campaign naming conventions
  • File management
  • Reporting templates
  • Support consistency and accuracy across accounts
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work with:
  • Creative teams → receive and organize assets
  • Analytics teams → support data pulls and validation
  • Media Ops → track timelines and deliverables
  • Support coordination across teams to ensure campaigns stay on track
Team Support & Learning
  • Support Associates, Senior Associates, and Supervisors with execution tasks
  • Actively learn media platforms, tools, and best practices
  • Participate in training, onboarding, and internal knowledge sharing
Day-to-Day
  • Assisting with campaign setup and QA
  • Pulling and updating reports
  • Organizing campaign assets and files
  • Supporting pacing and performance tracking
  • Coordinating with internal teams on deliverables
  • Learning platforms and tools through hands-on experience
Strategy, Data & Tools Exposure
  • Exposure to media strategy tools:
  • eMarketer, Comscore, platform insights
  • Exposure to tagging, pixels, and conversion tracking
  • Basic understanding of first-party and third-party data
  • Introduction to attribution and measurement concepts
  • Excel / Google Sheets for reporting and data entry
  • Google Docs and Slides / PowerPoint for reporting support
Qualifications
  • 0-2 years of experience in media, marketing, or related field
  • Internship or academic exposure to digital marketing is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Analytical mindset and willingness to learn
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
