The Crown Is Yours As a Senior Data Science Engineer for Personalization, you'll shape how millions of customers experience our Sportsbook & Casino verticals by transforming data into intelligent, real-time decisions. You'll sit at the center of our Consumer Data Science Team, building machine learning solutions that power personalization, content optimization, and product innovation. Your work will directly influence how we understand and engage our users deeply embedding data science into our content engine and platforms. In a fast-moving, technology-driven environment, you'll lead high-impact initiatives that define what relevance looks like in a sports and iGaming entertainment.

What You'll Do

Lead end-to-end data science initiatives, from problem definition and modeling to production deployment and performance monitoring. Design and implement statistical models and machine learning algorithms that solve complex business challenges and enhance user engagement. Partner with Engineering, Product, and Analytics teams to integrate scalable data science solutions into live production systems. Drive innovation in personalized game recommendations and page layout optimization by experimenting with new algorithms and data-driven approaches. Translate complex technical findings into clear, actionable insights that empower stakeholders to make informed decisions. Deploy and maintain production-grade Python software. What You'll Bring

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field. At least 3 years of professional experience in data science, with deep expertise in machine learning and statistical modeling.
