       <\/span><\/span>With guidance of senior Sales Sales, be able to price & confirm, monitor all trades to ensure they are properly entered into our front office systems such as appropriate like Marketwire, Murex, Bloomberg TOMS and ION. Ensure all clients are in agreement with trade details for various Fixed Income products.<\/span><\/span>

<\/span><\/span>         <\/span><\/span>Assume all administrative duties from the Macro 'Japan Sales desk' that can relieve line salespeople to perform other tasks such as client coverage and business building. Additionally, become proficient to provide all backup for other junior roles within Macro sales that support the derivatives and cash business. <\/span>

<\/span><\/span>         <\/span><\/span>After registrations and ability to price derivatives and cash inquiries \- provide sufficient backup for sales people when they are busy or out of the office. This includes monitoring internal and external chats, pricing & executing trades.<\/span><\/span>

<\/span><\/span>         <\/span><\/span>With guidance of senior Sales Sales, ensure all client inquiries are answered and resolved in a timely fashion whether it is email, Bloomberg or over the phone.<\/span><\/span>

<\/span><\/span>         <\/span><\/span>Provide support for various administrative activities to support the derivatives and cash business: which could include but not limited to: derivative compression booking, back loading of derivative deals, Marketwire bookings, trade entry in all forms across cash and derivative products. <\/span>
<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/p>

<\/span><\/span>         <\/span><\/span>Onboarding support: support and track the opening of new accounts by obtaining documents that are required, coordinate with credit, Compliance and sales management to ensure account is up to Mizuho AML standards. This can be across cash and derivatives products (DVP, CDEA, FX PB, ISDA\/CSA, MRA\/GMRA)<\/span>

<\/span><\/span>         <\/span><\/span>Harvest and aggregate the daily CV's (sales credits) for the Macro group, ensure process integrity and accuracy - then report these results each afternoon after the close for that business day to the Product Control group for further administration.<\/span><\/span>

<\/span><\/p>

<\/span><\/span>         <\/span><\/span>Maintain and ensure updated the Macro master client coverage list with current coverage for all macro products. Be able to product this as needed and track changes and adjustments over time. There should be a quarterly refresh and update completed.<\/span><\/span>

Be prepared to support Head of Macro Sales and help with the production of business strategy presentations that track progress and evolution of the Macro business, these powerpoint based production may come in monthly, quarterly and annual basis, as needed by the business.<\/span><\/span>
