Overview
We are seeking a Vice President / Director for our FX & Global Banking team, who will join a fast-paced, high-growth environment, and play a critical role within a rapidly expanding and evolving platform. This is a high-visibility position with direct exposure to senior leadership, a vast array of corporate and commercial clients, interbank counterparties, and strategic initiatives.
The role is ideal for a seasoned or mid-level FX professional with deep product expertise, strong technical and analytical skills, and a clear desire for career advancement in a growth-oriented organization.
Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a leader within the FX platform and the Investment Bank, supporting client coverage, risk management, and product expansion initiatives
  • Support and scale the firm's electronic FX trading platform, including automation, pricing, execution, and analytics
  • Advise clients on FX and global market risk across:
  • Spot, forwards, swaps, and NDFs
  • Cross-currency swaps
  • FX options and structured derivatives
  • Provide strategic FX advisory for:
  • Foreign currency-denominated loan hedging
  • M&A and capital markets transactions
  • Support the origination and structuring of multicurrency accounts and solutions for complex corporate and institutional clients
  • Actively manage and execute interbank trading activity, ensuring best execution, liquidity access, and risk discipline
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the entire FX trade lifecycle, including:
  • Pricing and execution
  • Confirmation and settlement
  • Accounting, valuation, and P&L attribution
  • Partner closely with Operations, Treasury, Accounting, Technology, and Risk to ensure operational excellence and scalability
  • Deliver high-quality client presentations, market updates, and strategic proposals to senior client audiences
  • Contribute meaningfully to platform strategy, product innovation, and future expansion initiatives
  • Will be exposed to - and potentially involved in - the Interest Rate and Commodity hedging businesses
  • Lead and develop junior talent within the Capital Solutions team

Qualifications
  • 5-10 years of experience in FX trading, sales, structuring, or global banking, within a commercial bank, investment bank, or institutional platform
  • Comprehensive product knowledge across:
  • Spot, forwards, swaps, NDFs
  • Cross-currency swaps
  • FX options and structured derivatives
  • Strong expertise in FX accounting, derivative valuation, and trade conventions economics
  • Thorough understanding of front-to-back FX trade processing and controls
  • Exceptional technical trading and market analysis skills
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex strategies to clients, executives, and senior stakeholders
  • Proven ability to thrive in a high-growth, entrepreneurial, and fast-paced environment
  • Natural curiosity, with a strong desire for advancement and expanded responsibilities
  • Prior exposure to electronic trading platforms, algorithmic execution, or FX automation
