ย ย ย ย Support senior EM & FX traders with daily responsibilities and medium-term projects
ย ย ย ย Learning trading intricacies of FX and EM markets in preparation of market making trading role.ย 
ย ย ย ย Help develop quantitative tools and models to optimize trading, reduce risk increase profitability
ย ย ย ย Manage trade bookings, fixing positions and cumulative desk risk
ย ย ย ย Engage in pricing and hedging of EM and G-10 FX & EM Rate derivatives.ย 
ย ย ย ย Work closely with the sales team to develop the efx and voice client franchise.ย 
ย ย ย ย Quantitative Analysis - systematic analysis of client flows to build trading strategies.ย

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Must Have:ย 
ย ย ย ย Bachelor's or Master's degree in Financial Eng, Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or similar
ย ย ย ย 1-3 years relevant experience within MARK; sales or trading functions preferred
ย ย ย ย VIE experience is highly valued
ย ย ย ย Facile with internal SG systems such as Xone, SGM, Vulcan, Trading Suite preferredย 
ย ย ย ย Highly collaborative, team player within multi-disciplinary, multi-national teams
ย ย ย ย High achievers driven to exceed expectations, with the highest personal standards
ย ย ย ย Demonstrated ability to build relationships within a large organizationย 
ย ย ย ย Must pass FINRA Series 7, Series 3 and Series 63 licensing after commencement of employment
