Job description

OVERVIEW: We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Geospatial Engineer to design, develop, and maintain web-based GIS and imagery applications. This role involves working across the full technology stack to deliver high-quality, user-focused geospatial solutions in support of mission-critical objectives. GENERAL DUTIES: * Design, build, and maintain all layers of the technology stack for web-based GIS and imagery applications. * Develop intuitive, user-centric applications using human-centered design principles and test-driven development methodologies. * Process and manage high-resolution imagery formats, including CIB, DPPDB, and orthorectified mosaics. * Apply expertise in geospatial technologies and open-source tools to solve complex technical challenges. * Implement cybersecurity best practices throughout the software development lifecycle. * Collaborate within an Agile/Scrum environment, working both independently and as part of a small, high-performing team to achieve mission goals. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: * 8+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development. * Demonstrated ability to work both independently and within small, collaborative teams. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Enthusiasm for leveraging AI/ML technologies to drive innovation in the geospatial domain. * Technical Expertise with the following: * Geospatial & Imagery: * Esri Suite (ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Pro, Experience Builder, Workflow Manager) * SOCET GXP * OGC standards, datums, and map projections * Imagery products such as CIB and DPPDB * Programming Languages: * Java, JavaScript, Python, SQL * Web Development: * React.js, Node.js, .NET Framework * RESTful API design and development * Databases: * PostgreSQL / PostGIS * DevOps & Tools: * GitLab, CI/CD pipelines, Jira * Windows and Linux environments DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Experience with GEOINT production workflows and product management systems. * Strong understanding of photogrammetry principles. * Familiarity with GDATM and CDATM. CLEARANCE: * Active Top Secret clearance with eligibility to gain a CI Polygraph
