ScalePad is building confidence and clarity for technology businesses through innovative software solutions. As a Senior Full-Stack Developer, you will be responsible for developing new products and enhancing existing technology, collaborating with team members, and mentoring junior engineers.
Responsibilities:
• Build next generation AI native cybersecurity and compliance products for our partners and customers.
• Create highly responsive front ends, scalable public APIs and backend infrastructure using , Java /C# / .NET, React / Typescript / Angular, REST APIs, SQL, and AWS.
• Write AI agents, build MCP servers and roll out native AI product features using Python, Lang Graph, Open AI, Vector databases and advanced prompting techniques.
• Use AI assisted software development tools, practices and methodologies to accelerate delivery and innovate on the next frontier of software development
• Gain in-depth insight into our challenges, business model, and product.
• Create software solutions through stakeholder collaboration, system analysis, and adherence to the development lifecycle.

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in SAAS application development across different layers of a software technology stack.
• Highly skilled in at least one of the languages like Java, Python, .NET framework (C#) and React (Typescript).
• Strong SQL and database management skills including vector databases.
• Proficiency in working within AWS/Azure environments.
• A solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
• Well-versed in Agile development methodologies.
• Possesses a curious mindset, a passion for continuous learning, and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Effective at collaborating with business stakeholders to clarify data requirements.
• Committed to delivering practical and valuable solutions for end-users.
• Embraces an agile and iterative work approach, with a keen eye for recognizing and addressing mistakes.
