As a Finance Analytics & AI Manager on the Finance Transformation team, you'll work with the best in the business to solve the toughest client problems. From learning to leadership, this is your chance to take your career to the next level. Our Managers are expected to contribute to the firm's growth and development in a variety of ways.
  • Leading small engagements or workstreams within larger programs that identify, design, and implement AI-enabled business and technology solutions for large enterprises
  • Engaging clients to identify business issues and high-impact AI use cases, shaping hypotheses and value cases
  • Performing assessments using quantitative and qualitative techniques, including AI-enabled diagnostics and discovery methods
  • Defining scope, objectives, requirements, and delivery plans; managing solution architecture planning through execution, delivery, and post-implementation review
  • Overseeing AI solution development and deployment, managing day-to-day client relationships, and ensuring quality and performance outcomes
  • Contributing to business development by supporting proposals, RFP responses, and orals, and by mentoring and developing team members

Within the Finance Transformation offering, our Business Finance team helps drive strategic value through financial planning, forecasting, and analytics capabilities. By leveraging next-gen processes, scalable data platforms, and AI, our team delivers accurate, timely, and actionable insights.
Qualifications
Required:
  • 6+ years of experience in a corporate or consulting firm environment architecting and deploying AI and technical solutions
  • 4+ years of experience translating technical designs into scalable generative and agentic AI solutions across technology layers
  • 4+ years of experience working with finance processes, including financial planning and analysis, reporting, and treasury
  • Bachelor's degree in a science, technology, engineering, or mathematics field from an accredited university
  • Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
Preferred:
  • 4+ years of experience in finance transformation and process improvement across enterprise resource planning, enterprise performance management, data, and project management
  • 2+ years of experience supporting pre-sales activities, proposals, and request for proposal responses
  • 2+ years of experience identifying generative artificial intelligence use cases
  • 2+ years of experience mentoring and coaching junior staff
  • Master's degree from a science, technology, engineering, or mathematics-designated program
  • One or more certifications in artificial intelligence, machine learning, Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $141,200 - $278,300.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
