The Teradyne Continuing Hardware Engineering team is looking for a highly-motivated, energetic, technically driven Jr. Project Manager to lead projects within the Semiconductor Test division. Development occurs in a dynamic and challenging multi-site environment.We are looking for hardworking people, who share our passion and drive! This role is ideal for someone early in their project management career who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to successful project outcomes.This position will report into the Continuing Hardware Engineering PMO group in our North Reading, MA facility.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead multi-discipline engineering projects from start to finish
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocations
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met
  • Monitor project progress and report status to senior managers
  • Identify and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with internal standards
  • Support stakeholder communications and facilitate meetings
  • Help manage budgets and track project expenditures

Compensation

  • The base salary range for this role is$81,400-$130,300.This range is a good faith estimate, and the amount of base salary will correspond with experience and skill set. This range can also fluctuate depending on demand and location.
  • Incentive Plan:This job is eligible for discretionary bonus(es) based on financial performance.
