Position: Junior Engineer International Systems Management Corp. (ISM) is seeking qualified candidates for a Junior-Engineer to provide engineering analysis and management support to the US Navy. The selected individual will support Close In Weapon System (CIWS) capability updates and issue analysis.    Educations / Professional Work Experience Requirements: โ€ข Bachelorโ€™s Degree in a STEM degree program โ€ข Experience using systems engineering practices to design, manage, test, evaluate, and support technical projects
Required experience: โ€ข Proficient with Microsoft Office Products โ€ข Experience working in a project-oriented environment โ€ข Possess strong communication skills (oral and written) โ€ข Ability to work independently and in a Team environment Desired experience: โ€ข Experience with Navy Weapon and Combat System โ€ข Experience with Software Development and Testing The position will be located in Arlington, VA and will require travel approximately less than 15% of the time. Applicant must be a U.S. Citizen and be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance.
