Qualifications You Have: * 1+ year of experience in IT or helpdesk field * Experience performing level 1 restoration using documented SOPs, Confluence sites, and past history tickets * Experience capturing systems requirements and documenting in various formats * Experience supporting development teams with troubleshooting and resolving impediments, bugs technical issues, and coordinating formal outage tracking efforts * Ability to work a shift schedule * Ability to act as primary collaborator between contract leadership, government stakeholders, and development teams * Ability to provide product outreach support, including direct user support, systems integration support, management of system access controls * TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph * HS Diploma or GED Nice if You Have: * Experience with cloud platforms including AWS * Experience with automation tools and scripting languages including Python * Experience supporting operational AI/ML systems * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or an equivelant technical field Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
