EDUCATION

โ€ข Bachelor's Degreeย in Electrical Engineering from an accredited college/university (required)ย 
โ€ข EIT (preferred)

Experience

โ€ข Proficiency in electrical engineering design principles, methods, and practices

Responsibilities

โ€ข Field surveys of existing electrical, fire alarm, and EPMS systemsย 
โ€ข Design electrical distributions, UPS, Emergency Power, and fire alarm systems for commercial & industrial facilities and data centersย 
โ€ข Preparation of construction documents, including: drawings, specifications, calculations and supporting documentationย 
โ€ข Engineering studies (including: feasibility studies & gap analysis)ย 
โ€ข Perform design calculations for electrical and emergency loads, short circuit & coordination calculations, UPS & generator performance studies, etc.ย 
โ€ข Review and approval of electrical submittalsย 
โ€ข Assist with RFI responses during construction administration phaseย 
โ€ข Participate in commissioning effortsย 
โ€ข Perform other duties, as requiredย 
โ€ข Frequent travel required (90-100%)
