Job description

The Staff Engineer at Outcode Software is a senior technical contributor responsible for delivering high-impact solutions across multiple projects. This role requires deep technical expertise in software engineering, a strong understanding of system architecture, and the ability to influence the direction of development within teams. The Staff Engineer works closely with Engineering Leadership and Tech Leads to design, develop, and implement solutions that meet the company’s strategic goals while maintaining the highest standards of software quality. In addition to hands-on development, the Staff Engineer also takes on leadership responsibilities, including mentoring junior and mid-level engineers, reviewing code to ensure best practices, and leading technical initiatives. They are expected to contribute to the technical vision of the company and help elevate the engineering team by setting an example of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
