Role: Jr. Data Analyst

Location: Warren, MI (Hybrid)

Duration: 1 year

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPI performance reports for all Dealer Chat departments.
  • Create and maintain Power BI dashboards to visualize key metrics and trends.
  • Use XM Discover to supplement reporting with insights related to customer behavior and operational outcomes.
  • Maintain a reporting pipeline calendar and track digital headcount metrics.
  • Participate in quarterly analytics reviews, weekly operational meetings, and vendor calls.
  • Assist in defining and refining KPIs, setting performance targets, and supporting annual planning efforts.
  • Provide data-driven support for forecasting, scheduling audits, and strategy development.
  • Collaborate with Dealer Chat team leads, support staff, and coordinators on data and project initiatives.
  • Maintain and enhance Microsoft Access databases, including VBA components.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization.
  • Support a metrics-based culture by educating and coaching others on analytics and reporting best practices.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 6+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or related functions
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to explain complex data to non-technical audiences
  • Proven experience managing stakeholders and working cross-functionally with internal teams and external vendors
  • Expertise in Power BI for building dashboards and visual reports
  • Proficient in Microsoft Access, including managing VBA code
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze large datasets and synthesize insights from multiple sources
