Job Title: Junior Consultant
Disclaimer: This position is being recruited in support of potential future contract awards. Qualified candidates may be considered for upcoming opportunities supporting federal government clients. This position requires candidates to obtain and maintain the required government security clearances.
Interested candidates must complete online application, submit a resume or CV, plus cover letter, and proof of educational qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provides analysis support to projects including program management, program integration, program oversight, and project management.
  • Performs research using the internet, written reference documents, and a variety of other methods.
  • Assists with the preparation of client presentations, interacts with clients under the general direction of managers, and attends client meetings as requested.
  • Solves difficult and unique types of management, financial, operations, mission, or analytical problems.
  • Leverages AI tools appropriately to augment human analysis. Develops specialized tools, models, or applications for process, acquisition, or training project execution.
  • Makes technical or business judgments and provides advice on the resolution of technical, schedule, performance, or budgetary issues.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science (BS), Bachelor of Arts (BA), Master of Science (MS) or Master of Arts (MA) degree and 0-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interface effectively with all levels of the organization.

Required Qualifications:
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required government security clearances.
  • U.S. Citizen.
