What Youโ€™ll do

As a Senior Consultant in SAP BRIM FICA (Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable), and CI (Convergent Invoicing) you will take ownership of end-to-end solution delivery for complex billing and receivables requirements. Acting as a senior advisor, you will drive solution design, lead client engagements, and mentor junior consultants. This role requires deep functional expertise, leadership in solution delivery, and the ability to manage strategic stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead SAP FICA/CI implementations and provide expert-level guidance on configuration and integration.
  • Translate complex business requirements into scalable, compliant, and futureโ€‘ready FICA/CI solutions.
  • Act as a key interface/Point of Contact with business stakeholders, ensuring alignment of deliverables with business goals.
  • Mentor and coach junior consultants, reviewing deliverables and ensuring adherence to best practices.
  • Identify inefficiencies in processes and proactively propose innovative improvements.
  • Oversee testing, validation, and deployment activities to ensure high-quality solution delivery.
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing, frameworks, and accelerators to strengthen organizational capabilities.
Must-Have Skills
  • 8โ€“10 years of SAP consulting experience with extensive expertise in FICA/CI implementations and integrations.
  • Strong understanding of billing and receivables processes including collections, dunning, payments, and settlements.
  • Ability to lead solution workshops, prepare FSD/TSD documentation, and manage delivery risks.
  • Proven stakeholder management skills and ability to handle escalations.
  • Experience leading test cycles and ensuring solution validation at all stages.
Good-to-Have Skills
  • Advanced expertise in architecture-level integration within the SAP BRIM ecosystem.
  • Experience developing accelerators, internal tools, or reusable solution components.
  • SAP BRIM or SAP FICA certification.
  • Contribution to thought leadership (POCs, whitepapers, internal trainings, client advisory).
