Job description

Job Description:
Eberly & Collard Public Relations is a national firm specializing in integrated marketing communications, branding, product positioning, thought-leadership campaigns, event planning, public/media relations, digital marketing, SEO, demand generation, social media, influencer marketing and advertising. Our main office is based in Midtown Atlanta, and our satellite office is located in New York City.
Ideal candidates may have held previous titles such as Paid Media Manager, Paid Search Manager, SEM Manager, PPC Manager, Demand Generation Manager, or Digital Marketing Manager.
Our Atlanta office has an immediate opening for an entrepreneurial, self-starting individual to join our growing team. This is an exciting career opportunity for a digital marketing professional who can own demand-generation, paid media, and email marketing programs (with a DTC/e-commerce lens), while collaborating closely with other client account initiatives such as PR and creative teams.
We are looking for people who believe we can accomplish so much more together than apart. People who are ready to jump right in, love collaborating, and value our culture of inclusion and transparency.
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for omni-channel functions essential to paid media, email marketing, digital strategy, analytics/reporting, and the coordination and management of high-level client accounts.
The Position:
  • Google Ads (one of the core priorities): Build, manage, and optimize Search and Performance Max campaigns, including keyword strategy, audience/asset testing, ad copy, budgets/pacing, and landing page alignment to improve conversion rate, CPA/CPL, and ROAS.
  • Manage and optimize Meta advertising (prospecting + retargeting), including creative testing, audience strategy, and performance reporting; experience with DTC/e-commerce objectives and catalog-based campaigns is a plus.
  • Plan, build, and monitor email marketing and marketing automation campaigns (newsletters, drip/nurture, lifecycle flows) using HubSpot or comparable platforms (e.g., Klaviyo/Mailchimp), including segmentation, A/B testing, and deliverability basics.
  • Collaborate on SEO, keyword research, and content optimization, including emerging search visibility considerations (GEO/AEO) and best practices across owned channels; experience with SEMrush and Search Console is preferred.
  • Own measurement and reporting: UTMs, GA4 reporting, dashboarding (e.g., Looker Studio), and clear monthly insights/recommendations for clients and internal teams; familiarity with Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking is strongly preferred.
  • Support basic funnel and landing page optimization (WordPress back-end familiarity preferred) and coordinate with web development partners on conversion-focused improvements.
  • Support influencer/affiliate initiatives in partnership with account and PR teams, including creator identification, offer/brief coordination, tracking, and results reporting.
  • Write, develop, and proof high-quality deliverables with extreme accuracy, including ad copy, email copy, landing page copy, blog outlines, social content, and client-facing reports/correspondence; solid knowledge of Associated Press writing guidelines is essential.
  • Manage client account workflows: agendas, timelines, deliverables, status updates, and proactive communication; ensure work is documented and reported on a consistent schedule.
  • Collaborate with creative/design team members by providing briefs and testing plans for paid media assets (static, video, UGC), and ensuring timely production and deployment.
  • Support event- and tradeshow-driven growth initiatives: Collaborate with colleagues and clients to support tradeshows, conferences, media/influencer activations, and related onsite/digital press room needs-helping coordinate schedules, capture content, and ensure post-event follow-up is executed and tracked.
  • Earned media integration (as needed): If media relations is not a current strength, learn ECPR's PR workflow and support press campaign execution by coordinating outreach logistics, tracking coverage, and partnering with the PR team to translate coverage and event moments into measurable digital outcomes (traffic, leads, conversions).Co-manage or mentor one or more junior team members as needed to maintain accurate reporting, documentation, and campaign execution standards.
  • Work alongside agency owners and senior team members to support new business development meetings, audits, presentations, and scope development.
