JOB DESCRIPTION:

Experience: 10+ Years

A Senior Appian Developer designs, builds, and deploys enterprise-grade low-code applications and automated workflows. The role requires 3 to 5+ years of hands-on Appian experience, an active Appian Certified Senior Developer credential, and expertise in integrating external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and databases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Application Design: Build scalable SAIL interfaces, complex process models, business rules, records, and reports.
  • System Integration: Connect Appian with external enterprise services, databases, web services, and RPA tools.
  • Performance & Quality: Perform code reviews, run Appian Health Checks, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and tune application performance.
  • Leadership & Mentoring: Guide junior team members, enforce best practices, and collaborate with business stakeholders and architects.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: 7+ years of dedicated Appian development within an Agile environment.
  • Certifications: Appian Senior Developer (Level 2/3) certification.
  • Technical Skills: Strong command of SAIL, process models, CDT/data types, record syncing, and SQL.
