Role: Desktop Support
Location: Trenton, NJ
Duration: Long-Term contract

Description:
Assists end users in resolving hardware and software issues by fielding telephone calls and email communication, diagnosing problems and performing troubleshooting activities. Documents, tracks and monitors the problem to facilitate a timely resolution. Relies on established guidelines and instructions to perform daily job functions. Works under immediate supervision. May require an associate's degree in a related area.
Responsibilities:
imaging, configuration and deployment of new devices. Data migration from the existing to the new device, as well as updating of Treasury systems for device tracking and inventory. Systems used are SCCM and Provance.
Provide excellent customer service as defined in the client service level agreement and demonstrated collaborative relationships within Information Services.
-Deliver a high level of customer service and professional interaction with internal customers, management, and administration.
