Job Responsibilities:

Conduct hands-on work including working with laptops, desktops, peripherals, networking equipment, mobile devices, and other technologies.
Document simple procedures and complete checklists.
Organize work including processes, physical workspaces, and file systems.
Participate in troubleshooting activities, diagnostics, and analysis.
Support of End-Users by prioritizing, scheduling, and escalating issues.
Utilize diagnostic utilities, knowledge bases, software updates, and Knowledge Articles to assist troubleshooting
Participate in IT hardware/software rollouts in accordance with change management for best practices
Provide insights on emerging trends in incidents and recurring issues


Minimum Qualifications:ย 

Current high school junior or senior in good academic standing
Engaged in learning specific to technology, computers, or IT career paths
Foundational knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and consumer technologies.
Strong willingness to learn and follow instructions
Dependable attendance and punctuality
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Own means of reliable transportation
Able to work onsite in New Bremen, Ohio
