We believe the secret to our success is our talented team and our culture of mutual respect and cooperation.Job DescriptionGlosten marine mechanical engineers design propulsion drivetrains, supporting auxiliary systems, life support, and safety systems for all manner of vessels. Advances in modeling methods and reality capture allow us to develop full 3D machinery plant designs inside virtual ships. Mechanical systems are more tightly integrated to modern control and automation systems than ever before. Continuing initiatives for emissions reductions and efficiency improvements are driving the development of marine vessels. Due to project restrictions, Glosten will only consider applicants with unrestricted access to work in the United States or those eligible for TN visas.Some travel and fieldwork are required.
