About The Role

Seeking a Senior Data Engineer to drive data modernization initiatives, assess legacy Informatica workflows, and lead the development of scalable Python-based ETL solutions. The role requires strong technical expertise and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and assess complex Informatica workflows and data processing frameworks.
  • Design and develop scalable ETL pipelines using Python, SQL, and modern data engineering practices.
  • Lead migration efforts from legacy ETL platforms to modern Python-based solutions.
  • Develop and optimize batch-processing solutions using Java Spring Batch.
  • Perform data profiling, impact assessments, and workflow optimization.
  • Leverage Generative AI and Copilot capabilities to accelerate workflow analysis and modernization activities.
  • Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and application teams to ensure successful delivery.
  • Mentor junior engineers and promote engineering best practices.
Required Skills
  • 6-9 years of Data Engineering experience.
  • Strong expertise in Informatica, Python ETL, and SQL.
  • Hands-on experience with Java Spring Batch.
