**Join Bausch + Lomb for a job fair on Tuesday, June 16th from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Staybridge Suites at Rochester; 1000 Genesee Street, Rochester, NY 14611!

Work Schedule

**Day and Night Shifts available: **6:00 am - 6:00 pm and 6:00 pm - 6:00 am following a 2-2-3 schedule with built-in overtime and days off; Night Shift differential: $1.25/hr.

Join us at our upcoming Job Fair for Manufacturing Technicians in Rochester, NY! We are seeking motivated individuals who are eager to contribute to our dynamic manufacturing team. Responsibilities
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure quality and consistency in production.
  • Implement Lean Manufacturing Principles to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Perform machine setups for production runs, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
  • Operate and maintain packaging machines, ensuring products are packaged correctly and efficiently.
  • Utilize Human-Machine Interfaces (HMI) to monitor and control production processes.
  • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety standards.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Strong shop math skills to perform measurements and calculations accurately.
