Description

We are looking for reliable employees who work well with others and have strong leadership skills! This is a great opportunity where hard work will accompany growth throughout the data center industry.

This person is going to be heavily invested in admin work, as well as investing their time into assuring the site is controlled and running properly. This position is 100% on-site! There is potential for travel to the South hill site. You will be offered per diam if the trip exceeds more than 1 day.

Hours: 5am-4pm

Project Manager: $32hr to $37hr

1) Foreman Level (Journeyman Level Licensing)

2) 5-7 Years experience

3) Manage a crew of 11-25 people

4) Can conduct toolbox talk and productive whiteboard meetings

5) Maintain Crews timesheets

6) Knowledge of multiple disciplines (Fire Alarm, Telecom, Security, Electrical)

7) Preparing daily reports, logs, and schedule updates

8) Entry level leadership training and communication training

9) Maintaining BIR owned equipment (company first mentality)

Superintendent: $38hr to $43hr

1) 8-10 years experience

2) Proven to manage 15+

3) Meeting participation and can speak on BIR behalf in meetings

4) Experience in exposure to multiple projects, coordination with other trades

5) SME in a discipline with licensing or accredited certifications (be able to provide guidance)

6) Mid-to-high knowledge of Bluebeam, Procore, MS projects or other scheduling tools

7) Maintain daily productivity and work sequencing

8) Resolve conflicts with the customer and trade partners

9) Maintain professionalism in tense/High Pressure environments

10) Knowledge of codes, inspections, site required specs and construction sequencing

11) Understand constructions processes- RFI’s, RFQ’s, Man loaders,

12) Proficient in software
