Job description

We are seeking a Systems Integration Engineer to support the integration, deployment, and sustainment of enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) services. This position will work across authentication, authorization, federation, entitlement management, digital policy management, and cloud infrastructure while supporting customer integrations with enterprise services.

The ideal candidate will have experience with systems integration or software development, strong troubleshooting skills, and familiarity with modern authentication and access management technologies.

Responsibilities
  • Integrate services and applications across multiple enterprise systems
  • Implement and support authentication (AuthN), authorization (AuthZ), Digital Policy Management (DPM), Entitlement Management (EM), and Authoritative Attributes (AuthA)
  • Implement and maintain Single Sign-On (SSO), SAML, federation, and cloud-based authentication capabilities
  • Deploy and support secure Identity as a Service (IDaaS) and access management technologies
  • Troubleshoot software and integration issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend solutions
  • Perform software testing and validation and improve testing procedures as needed
  • Manage customer integration activities and coordinate technical requirements
  • Develop and maintain technical processes, procedures, and enterprise architecture documentation
  • Navigate and troubleshoot Linux environments using the command line
Required Qualifications
  • Must posses an active TS/SCI Security Clearance
  • Must be willing to obtain a polygraph upon hire
  • Bachelor’s degree with 2–4 years of relevant experience; additional relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
  • Experience with systems integration or software development, including integrating services across different systems
  • Experience troubleshooting software issues and performing root cause analysis
  • Experience with software testing and validation
  • Ability to develop and maintain technical documentation, processes, and procedures
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience working with external customers or stakeholders
  • Active TS clearance with SCI/CI Poly eligibility
  • Security+ / DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification or ability to obtain within 60 days of start
  • Ability to work on-site in Chantilly, VA
Desired Qualifications
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph
  • Experience with Oracle Identity and Access Management technologies, including Oracle Access Manager (OAM) and Oracle Unified Directory (OUD)
  • Knowledge of OAuth 2.0, SAML, PKI, and related authentication standards
  • Experience containerizing existing software applications
  • Experience with DevOps tools such as Ansible and GitLab
