Joe Machens Ford Lincoln Collision Center is seeking a skilled Collision Technician to join our growing team! The ideal candidate has a strong background in collision repair and takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for repairing damaged vehicles, coordinating with the parts department to secure necessary components, and accurately documenting all repairs performed. If you’re detail-oriented, reliable, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment, we’d love to hear from you.

 Responsibilities

  • Determine and repair damaged parts 

  • Communicate status of repairs clearly to body shop manager

  • Communicate with parts department to obtain necessary parts

  • Document all repairs performed

  • Document all materials used

  • Maintain work area in a clean and orderly manner

  • Follow all company safety procedures 

  • Understand and follow federal, state, and local regulations such as the disposal of hazardous waste

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a Ford dealership is a plus

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Past body shop experience required

  • Past collision center experience is required as well

  • Completion of vocational program preferred, but not required

  • Able to work in fast-paced environment

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Clean driving record & valid driver’s license
