Job description

Acts independently, responsible for processing adverse action appeals and grievances to include conducting evidentiary hearings where appropriate and issuing written recommendations concerning cases and other matters arising under the Exchange Operating Policy (EOP) 15-5 and Army Regulation (AR) 60-21/Air Force Manual (AFMAN) 34-218. Responsible for developing policy and issuing rule with periodic updates, governing the docketing, representation, and appearances, conducting of hearings, time frames, motion practice, and all other processes associated with matters appealed through the Exchange adverse action and grievance procedures. Maintains records and issues reports and data, as appropriate.

Supervises paralegal staff.
