Job description

Job Overview:

  • Assisting the Front Office Manager in the day to day operations of the front desk while ensuring 100% guest satisfaction.

  • Warmly welcome and register guests,  to assisting with guest departures while providing prompt and courteous service.

  • Ensuring the guest stay meets Hilton's Brand Standards.

  • Resolving any guest issues.

  • Assist with the supervision and training of the front office staff.

  • Will act as MOD when required.
Requirements:

MUST have previous  hotel front desk supervisory experience or hotel front desk experience
OnQ or PEP and Hilton experience preferred
Outstanding guest service skills; Strong hospitality skills
Ability to read, listen and communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

Must be able to work a flexible schedule of AMs and PMs 
Must be able to work Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays
Neat and professional appearance
