Job description
TEHORA est presentement a la recherche d'un(e) Coach Agile pour accompagner les equipes de la Ville de Quebec dans leur transition vers des methodologies agiles. La personne retenue jouera un role cle dans l'adoption de bonnes pratiques, l'amelioration des processus et la maximisation de la valeur livree.
Sans etre exhaustifs, voici les services et livrables que devra fournir la personne retenue :
- Animer des ateliers de formation et de sensibilisation aux methodologies agiles (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) ;
- Accompagner les equipes (developpement, TI, metiers) dans l'adoption des rituels agiles (daily stand-ups, retrospectives, revues de sprint, etc.) ;
- Identifier les obstacles a l'agilite et proposer des solutions pour les surmonter ;
- Collaborer avec les gestionnaires pour aligner les pratiques agiles sur les objectifs strategiques de la Ville ;
- Mesurer et analyser les indicateurs de performance agile (velocite, burndown charts, etc.) ;
- Documenter les processus et les ameliorations apportees ;
- Promouvoir une culture de collaboration, de transparence et d'amelioration continue.
Requirements
- Baccalaureat en informatique, gestion, ou domaine connexe (ou experience equivalente);
- Minimum 5 ans d'experience en developpement logiciel ou gestion de projet, dont 3 ans en tant que Coach Agile ou Scrum Master ;
- Posseder les certifications : CSM (Certified Scrum Master), PSM (Professional Scrum Master), SAFe Agilist ou equivalent (atout) ;
- Maitrise des frameworks agiles (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) ;
- Experience avec des outils comme JIRA, Azure DevOps ou Trello ;
- Connaissance des principes DevOps et CI/CD (atout).
- Excellentes competences en animation et en facilitation d'ateliers ;
- Capacite a adapter son discours a differents niveaux hierarchiques ;
- Esprit d'analyse et capacite a identifier des axes d'amelioration ;
- Leadership et capacite a inspirer les equipes.
- Esprit de synthese, rigueur methodologique et orientation client;
- Excellente capacite de communication et de redaction en francais.
