<>Senior Systems Engineer GitLab & Artifactory

We are seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to support and optimize enterprise developer platforms, including GitLab and JFrog Artifactory, in highly available production environments.

Responsibilities
  • Administer and maintain GitLab and Artifactory platforms across multiple environments.
  • Perform upgrades, patching, and infrastructure modernization with minimal downtime.
  • Manage GitLab Geo, PostgreSQL HA, and Artifactory Hub/Edge architectures.
  • Build monitoring and observability using Grafana, Prometheus, and Splunk.
  • Support Kubernetes migrations, GitOps practices, and infrastructure automation.
  • Develop automation for self-healing and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in an on-call rotation.
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of Linux systems administration (RHEL/CentOS) and enterprise platform support.
  • 3+ years of GitLab Self-Managed administration (Geo, HA).
  • 3+ years of JFrog Artifactory administration (Hub/Edge).
  • 2+ years of Kubernetes experience with Helm/Helmfile.
  • Experience with PostgreSQL HA, NGINX/F5, DNS, TLS, and networking.
  • Hands-on experience with Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk, Ansible, Python, and Bash.
  • Experience supporting CI/CD pipelines and artifact management.
  • JFrog Xray, GitOps (ArgoCD/Flux), OPA, SBOMs, image signing.
  • Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • FedRAMP IL4/IL5 experience is a plus.
