At JFrog, we're reinventing DevOps to help the world's greatest companies innovate -- and we want you along for the ride. This is a special place with a unique combination of brilliance, spirit and just all-around great people. Here, if you're willing to do more, your career can take off. Thousands of customers, including the majority of the Fortune 100, trust JFrog to manage, accelerate, and secure their software delivery from code to production -- a concept we call "liquid software." Wouldn't it be amazing if you could join us in our journey?

We are looking for a proactive, collaborative, and results-driven HR Specialist to join our North America HR team.

In this role you will act as a critical bridge for our individual contributors and managers across all US departments, ensuring our frogs are engaged, aligned, and empowered to deliver "liquid software" seamlessly. Partnering closely with two Senior HR Business Partners and the VP of HR North America, you will turn organizational goals into actionable initiatives that strengthen team resilience and culture.

As a HR Specialist in JFrog you will...
  • Partner closely with frogs and managers in helping them do their best work in alignment with our CODEX
  • Focus on "sensing" to bring valuable insights to HR management and JFrog business units
  • Help our frogs throughout their journey at JFrog, collaborating with partners in other departments to ensure smooth transitions from onboarding to offboarding
  • Observe existing processes and data and suggest improvements that drive efficiency and value for the HR team and the business
  • Assist with the deployment of core HR initiatives throughout the year such as engagement, performance & talent management, change management, learning and development
  • Ensure the accuracy, timeliness and integrity of all HRIS updates
  • Drive special projects as needed
To be a HR Specialist in JFrog you need...
  • Professional experience: 4+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably within a fast-paced, high-tech software environment, showing a clear trajectory toward an HRBP path
  • Experience leveraging modern HR technologies and AI is highly valued
  • Relevant knowledge: Familiarity with HR concepts, practices and programs, including relevant labor law.
  • Bachelors/Masters degree in psychology or related field
  • Proactivity & curiosity: Interest in deeply understanding our business and people, paired with a proactive mindset that anticipates talent risks, skills gaps and employee needs
  • Relationship building & high EQ: A proven track record of cultivating authentic relationships and influencing people. Possesses the emotional intelligence to serve as a grounded, human-centric anchor for teams navigating rapid change
  • Problem solving & adaptability: The capacity to navigate a dynamic, fast-paced environment with decisive problem-solving. Ability to interpret people analytics and data-driven insights to make informed, evidence-backed recommendations
  • Collaboration & communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to connect across diverse, cross-functional groups, translating organizational initiatives into clear, actionable guidance
WHAT JFROG CAN OFFER...
  • At JFrog, base salary is only one component of our compensation package
  • This position has a base salary range between $120,000 to $135,000.  Base salary will be based on your skills, qualifications, experience and location
  • This position also includes an equity package of restricted stock units (RSU).  In addition, JFrog employees are eligible to participate in our Employee Stock Purchase Plan
