Job description

Technical Product Marketing Manager

At JFrog, we're reinventing DevOps to help the world's greatest companies innovate -- and we want you along for the ride. This is a special place with a unique combination of brilliance, spirit and just all-around great people. Here, if you're willing to do more, your career can take off. And since software plays a central role in everyone's lives, you'll be part of an important mission. Thousands of customers, including the majority of the Fortune 100, trust JFrog to manage, accelerate, and secure their software delivery from code to production -- a concept we call "liquid software." Wouldn't it be amazing if you could join us in our journey?

JFrog is looking for a Technical Product Marketing Manager who brings hands-on knowledge of both AI infrastructure and application security and knows how to turn that technical depth into content, tools, and narratives that win with the most demanding technical audiences. This role sits at the intersection of our AI products (AI Catalog, MCP Registry) and our security solutions, and requires someone who can operate credibly across both domains.

This role will take the GTM strategy and market narrative built by PMMs and extend it to technical proof, domain authority, and the practitioner-level credibility that makes our positioning defensible in front of security architects, ML engineers, and CISOs.

As a Technical Product Marketing Manager in JFrog you will...
  • Accelerate market intelligence by tracking the latest developments in the AI infrastructure landscape (agent skills, MCP frameworks, agentic architectures, model deployment patterns) and the security threat landscape (emerging attack vectors, regulatory shifts, new standards) to provide actionable insights for product and field teams.
  • Scale technical authority by building and maintaining high-impact content, including architecture guides, threat model analyses, security framework mappings (NIST AI RMF, OWASP LLM Top 10, MITRE ATLAS), reference architectures, and hands-on product walkthroughs that practitioners trust.
  • Amplify brand presence by representing JFrog at global technical conferences and producing deep-dive blogs and webinars that establish domain leadership.
  • Drive competitive differentiation by partnering with CI teams to develop architectural teardowns and capability-level comparisons that win technical evaluations.
  • Enable field success by creating security-focused battle cards, PoC guides, and technical objection handling, and demos that resonate with CISOs and architects.
  • Drive sales success by serving as the technical resource for strategic deals, supporting RFP responses and security questionnaires, and helping the field articulate our AI and security capabilities to the buyers who scrutinize them most.
  • Influence product evolution by translating practitioner feedback and market signals into technical requirements for the Product and Engineering roadmaps.
To be a Technical Product Marketing Manager in JFrog you need...
  • 23 years of experience in a technical, market-facing role such as Solutions Engineering, Security Research, or Technical Product Management.
  • Hands-on experience in AI/ML infrastructure such as model development, building agents, running AI apps, etc.
  • Deep technical knowledge of application security such as threat modeling, access governance, software supply chain risk, security controls, and how enterprises evaluate and procure security products.
  • Proven ability to produce engaging technical content like architecture briefs, security mappings, and demo scripts.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present and defend technical material to security architects and ML engineers.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Security, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
What JFrog Can Offer
  • At JFrog, base salary is only one component of our compensation package.
  • This position has a base salary range between $125,000 to $160,000. Base salary will be based on your skills, qualifications, experience and location.
  • This position also includes an equity package of restricted stock units (RSU). In addition, JFrog employees are eligible to participate in our Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
  • JFrog provides employees comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, retirement, wellness and much more!
  • JFrog embraces hybrid work: 3 days in office / 2 days remote.

JFrog is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, creed, religion, sex, sexual orientation, national origin or nationality, ancestry, age, disability, gender identity or expression, marital status or any other category protected by law.
