The Role: We are looking for a Custom Jewelry Production Assistant to support the custom production team through organization, coordination, and execution of daily operations. This is a hands-on role inside a serious production environment — ideal for someone who understands the pace, pressure, and attention to detail required in the jewelry industry.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Track and manage custom jewelry pieces throughout the full production process from start to finish
  • Handle production paperwork, job tracking, and organization of daily workflows
  • Coordinate with sales staff and internal production teams to ensure timelines are met accurately
  • Approve and organize custom design submissions and production details
  • Assist with developing new jewelry collections and product concepts for the website
  • Maintain accurate records using Monday.com, Shopify, and Google Sheets
  • Run errands throughout the Diamond District including pickups, drop-offs, sourcing support, and production coordination
  • Monitor the status of repairs, custom orders, and inventory movement
  • Support daily operational flow across multiple departments in a fast-paced environment
  • Help maintain high standards for quality control, organization, and workflow efficiency

Qualifications:

  • Jewelry industry experience is required
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Able to multitask and operate efficiently in a fast-moving environment
  • Professional, reliable, and punctual
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Creative mindset is a plus
