Job description

The VIE, Global High Jewelry Sales role is an analyst position supporting the Global High Jewelry team in driving commercial performance, sales strategy, client data, and event execution across international markets.

This role acts as a key liaison between the Global High Jewelry Sales team and Merchandising, Client Relations, Finance, and Regional teams to ensure accurate reporting, forecasting, pipeline management, and flawless execution of High Jewelry initiatives.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about luxury and business development.

VIE Program Requirements (must be met):

  • Ages 18 - 28
  • French or European Union citizen (cannot be a U.S. Citizen)
  • Be available to work in New York, NY for the entire 18-month program
  • Be in good standing with regard to the national service obligations of your country(ies) (defence ID n)
  • Available to devote yourself full time to your assignment

Must be available to start on January 4, 2027

Salary: The salary for this position is 5072.76 per month.

Location: This is in-person at our Corporate Headquarters in New York, NY.

Key Accountabilities

Sales Performance & Reporting

  • Consolidate and analyze global High Jewelry sales performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Prepare executive reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management.
  • Monitor key business KPIs, including sales, conversion, client acquisition, event productivity, and forecast accuracy.
  • Identify business opportunities, risks, and trends across regions and markets.

Sales Forecasting & Pipeline Management

  • Coordinate monthly and quarterly sales forecasting exercises with regional markets.
  • Provide visibility on forecast gaps and opportunities to support achievement of business objectives.
  • Maintain and monitor the global High Jewelry sales pipeline.
  • Track committed sales, event opportunities, custom design projects, and future business opportunities.
  • Update product status on the High Jewelry App to ensure accurate visibility at all times.

High Jewelry Events & Commercial Activation

  • Monitor High Jewelry event performance against sales objectives and client development goals.
  • Coordinate event sales reporting, invoicing follow-up, and post-event analysis.
  • Partner with regional teams to ensure accurate tracking of event commitments and opportunities.

Client Data

  • Support initiatives aimed at developing the global High Jewelry client community in partnership with Client Relations.
  • Analyze client performance, recruitment, retention, and engagement metrics.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Merchandising, Client Relations, Finance, and Regional teams.
  • Ensure alignment between commercial priorities and support communication of key business initiatives across global and regional stakeholders.

Strategic Projects

  • Participate in special projects related to business development, reporting enhancements, and data transformation.
  • Support continuous improvement of sales tools, reporting processes, and data quality.
  • Contribute to strategic business reviews and market presentations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Power BI, Compass, Business Objects, or other reporting tools preferred.
