Job Summary
We are looking for a JET Identity professional with strong experience in Google Cloud Platform and Java Full Stack development to support identity, access, and application integration initiatives. This role will focus on designing and developing secure identity-enabled applications and services, integrating enterprise authentication systems, and supporting seamless access management across platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of IAM, ADFS, SSO, and service integration patterns, with the ability to build scalable, secure, and business-aligned solutions in a Google Cloud Platform environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and support identity-enabled applications and services on Google Cloud Platform using Java full stack technologies.
Build and enhance secure authentication and authorization capabilities aligned to enterprise IAM standards.
Integrate applications with ADFS, SSO, and federated identity solutions to enable seamless user access across systems.
Work with business and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable identity and access solutions.
Develop and maintain APIs, backend services, and UI components required for identity-related workflows and service integrations.
Configure and support IAM controls within Google Cloud Platform, including role design, policy implementation, and access governance.
Enable secure service-to-service integration across internal and external applications using approved authentication mechanisms.
Troubleshoot authentication, authorization, token, and access-related issues across integrated platforms and environments.
Participate in design reviews, code reviews, testing, and deployment activities across the software development lifecycle.
Ensure solutions comply with security, performance, and operational standards while maintaining high availability and reliability.
Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to support production releases, issue resolution, and continuous improvement.
Prepare technical documentation, integration specifications, support guides, and handover artifacts for ongoing maintenance.

Must-Have Skills
Strong hands-on experience in Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform), especially IAM, application hosting, security, and service integration
Strong proficiency in Java Full Stack development, including backend services, APIs, and front-end integration
Solid experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts such as authentication, authorization, role-based access, and access governance
Experience integrating enterprise identity solutions with ADFS and Single Sign-On (SSO) mechanisms
Strong understanding of federation protocols and authentication standards such as SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and JWT
Experience in service integration using REST APIs, secure tokens, and system-to-system authentication patterns
Ability to design and develop secure, scalable identity-enabled applications in cloud environments
Experience troubleshooting authentication, authorization, token, and access-related issues
Good understanding of application security, secure coding practices, and access control implementation
Familiarity with SDLC, code review, testing, deployment, and production support processes
Experience working with cross-functional teams including security, infrastructure, application, and business teams
Strong documentation and communication skills for integration design, support handover, and vendor coordination
