Both roles demand high professionalism and safety standards, but differ mainly in work hours and employment structure.

What are some common challenges faced by Jet It Pilots in their day-to-day operations?

Jet It Pilots often face the challenge of managing diverse flight schedules, as the fractional ownership model can lead to frequent changes in itineraries and destinations. Additionally, Jet It Pilots are expected to deliver high levels of customer service, often interacting directly with clients and ensuring their experience is seamless. Working within a small team also means pilots must coordinate closely with operations staff and maintenance crews to ensure safe and efficient flights.
