Located at our Corporate Office: 5840 Co Rd 201, Millersburg, Ohio


The Outdoor Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales growth, providing an excellent customer experience across multiple sales channels. This role will serve as a key point of contact for customers. The ideal candidate is a motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships, following up on opportunities, and helping customers find the right outdoor structure.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist customers in person, through social media, by live chat, and over the phone while building strong relationships and understanding their needs.
  • Prepare quotes and follow up in a timely manner to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Process sales transactions and maintain customer records.
  • Stay up to date on current product knowledge, promotions, financing options, and inventory availability
  • Provide support to other JDM Sales Centers by assisting with sales activities, staffing needs, and other scheduled absences.
  • Other duties as needed to support the sales team and organizational objectives.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license.
  • Excellent Customer service and sales skills in person and online.
  • Proficient with social media and computer applications.
